A VAT invoice will be issued upon receipt of your booking form. Once submitted, the booking form constitutes a firm booking which can only be cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy set out below. Once we receive your booking form we will send you a booking acknowledgement. If you have not received this acknowledgment prior to the date of the conference, please contact us.
Bookings may only be cancelled by email to [email protected] by 3rd December 2021. We will then refund your delegate fee minus an administration charge of £50 + VAT per cancelled delegate booking. Refunds for later cancellation are entirely at the discretion of Hart Publishing. We will not refund fees to delegates who have not cancelled and who, for whatever reason, do not attend the conference. We reserve the right to make changes to the conference programme, date, content, speakers and venue as necessary; or cancel the conference altogether, in which case we will refund in full any delegate fees paid.
Data supplied will be used only for the purposes of organising and administering this conference and will not be used for other activities not connected to the conference. We will not sell or share the information provided with other organisations. Hart Publishing may contact delegates by email to inform them about future Judicial Review conferences. If you would prefer not to be contacted then please let us know.
Discounts are given at the discretion of Hart Publishing. Only one discount may be applied per delegate place, for instance either the early bird discount or the group booking discount.
